基于检测支柱偏移的球罐屈曲分析

Buckling analysis of spherical tanks based on measured pillar offset

摘要: 选取 5000m3的在役丙烷球罐为研究对象,分别建立了单根支柱底部周向偏移和 径向偏移的有限元模型。在 ANSYSWorkbench平台进行了屈曲响应分析,掌握了支柱底部周 向偏移和径向偏移的极限值以及球罐在支柱偏移下的屈曲变形规律。在此基础上,根据检测的 支柱偏移数据,对球罐进行了屈曲分析。结果表明:在所研究的偏移量范围内支柱底部径向外 偏移未出现屈曲;支柱底部径向内偏移的极限值比底部周向偏移的极限值大,支柱底部径向内 偏移的屈曲变形量比底部周向偏移量小,说明球罐支柱底部在周向偏移时更容易屈曲,在支柱 底部径向外偏移最不易屈曲;球罐的屈曲变形最大位置在拉杆处,该球罐在支柱底部径向内偏 移和周向偏移下的屈曲响应均符合分支屈曲的特点。

Abstract: In this study, a 5 000 m3 in-service propane spherical tank is selected as the research object, and the finite element models of circumferential offset and radial offset of the bottom of a single pillar are established respectively. Through the buckling response analysis carried out on the ANSYS Workbench platform, the limit values under the circumferential offset and the radial offset are obtained, and the buckling deformation law of the spherical tank under the pillar offset is studied. On this basis, the buckling analysis of the spherical tank is carried out according to the measured offset data of the pillar. It is found that there is no buckling in the radial outer offset of the bottom of the pillar within the studied offset range. The limit value of the radial inner offset of the bottom of the pillar is larger than that of the bottom circumferential offset, and the buckling deformation of the radial inner offset of the bottom of the pillar is smaller than that of the bottom circumferential offset. It shows that the bottom of the spherical tank pillar is easier to buckle when it is offset in the circumferential direction, and it is the most difficult to buckle when it is offset radially outside the bottom of the pillar. The position of the maximum buckling deformation of the spherical tank is at the tie rod, and the buckling response of the spherical tank under the radial inner offset and circumferential offset at the bottom of the pillar conforms to the characteristics of branch buckling.
