Optimization of wind water fire storage multi-source FM game considering FM performance

摘要: 为有效提高系统调频利润和调频性能,提出一种考虑调频性能指标的多源调频博 弈优化运行模型。建立多源联合调频系统框架,基于各调频源运行经济性,构建四方合作联盟; 考虑各机组历史调频里程调用系数,建立基于合作博弈的多源调频优化模型;提出一种考虑收 益分配系数的改进 Shapley值利润分配策略,分配系数综合考虑调频性能与调频容量,在传统 Shapley值后增加了由收益分配系数确定的收益分配调整项,使合作博弈模式更具实践意义。 仿真结果显示:在电网给定调频需求下,合作博弈能够有效提升系统及各调频机组的运营收入, 使综合调频性能显著提高,为多源调频系统优化运行提供理论参考。

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the FM profit and performance of the system, a multi-source FM game optimization operation model considering the FM performance index is proposed. Firstly, establish the framework of multi-source joint FM system, and build a four-way cooperation alliance based on the economy of the operation of each FM source; secondly, considering the historical FM mileage transfer coefficient of each unit, a multi-source FM optimization model based on cooperative game is established; finally, an improved Shapley value profit distribution strategy considering the profit distribution coefficient is proposed, which comprehensively considers the FM performance and FM capacity, making the cooperative game model more practical. Through the simulation analysis of multi-source frequency modulation system, this paper verifies that under the given frequency modulation demand of the power grid, the cooperative game can effectively improve the operating income of the system and each frequency modulation unit, and the comprehensive frequency modulation performance is significantly improved, providing a theoretical reference for the optimal operation of multi-source frequency modulation system.
