湿式 DCT换挡过程离合器转矩精确控制方法研究

摘要: 湿式 DCT换挡过程中双离合器传递转矩的精确控制对换挡品质具有决定性影响, 而目前在换挡控制中存在忽略湿式离合器黏性转矩的缺点,进而影响换挡品质。鉴于此,提出 一种基于湿式离合器动态摩擦因数,通过 RBFPID控制算法进行湿式离合器转矩精确控制的方 法。运用平均雷诺方程和 GW弹性接触模型,建立考虑离合器传递转矩的强非线性以及温度 影响的湿式离合器接合过程动态摩擦因数综合模型;结合某款湿式 DCT整车换挡动力学模型 和换挡工况请求转矩,将动态摩擦因数模型引入湿式离合器期望结合压力计算中,以 RBFPID 压力自适应控制器控制离合器压力控制阀的输出压力的方式,实现离合器传递转矩精确控制。 结果表明,与忽略黏性转矩的传统控制方法相比,所提控制方法减小了双离合器传递转矩的误 差,当油液温度为 40、80、120℃时,换挡过程最大冲击度分别下降了 14.4%、15.7%、13.4%,湿 式 DCT换挡品质得到了有效提升。

Abstract: The precise control of the torque transmitted by the dual clutches in the wet DCT shift process has a decisive influence on the shift quality. However, the current shift control has the disadvantage of ignoring the viscous torque of the wet clutch. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for precise control of wet clutch torque through RBF-PID control algorithm based on the dynamic friction factor of wet clutch.A comprehensive model of the dynamic friction factor of the wet clutch engagement process, taking into account the strong non-linearity of the clutch torque transfer and the influence of temperature, is developed using the mean Reynolds equation and the G-W elastic contact model. Combined with a certain wet type DCT vehicle shift dynamics model and shift condition request torque, the dynamic friction coefficient model is introduced into the calculation of the expected combined pressure of the wet clutch, and the output pressure of the clutch pressure control valve is controlled by the RBF-PID pressure adaptive controller to realize the precise control of the clutch transmission torque. The results show that the use of this control method reduces the torque transmission error of the dual clutch compared with the situation where the viscous torque is neglected, and when the oil temperature is 40 ℃, 80 ℃, 120 ℃, the maximum impact of the shift process. The speed drops by 14.4%, 15.7%, and 13.4% respectively, Wet DCT gearshift quality has been effectively improved.
