车辆线控转向系统关键技术研究综述

Research on key technologies of vehicle steer-by-wire system

摘要: 线控转向系统(steeringbywire,SBW)作为线控底盘的关键执行系统,取消了机械 连接,转向操作由电信号直接传达,控制方式更灵活,可实现模块化结构,提高了转向系统与底 盘其他子系统的耦合性和控制自由度。对线控转向系统路感模拟技术与变传动比技术及控制 参数估计方法进行全面阐述,以及对路感模拟技术中涉及的反馈力矩控制和回正力矩控制研究 成果进行了对比和分析,指出其力传递特性和角传递特性不耦合的特点会造成较差的驾驶体 验;常用的变角传动比设计方法主要是恒定横摆角速度的变角传动比和随车速(转角)变化的 变角传动比这 2类设计方法,指出单一设计方法存在的不足,也明确了其分别满足不同驾驶员 偏好的角传递特性区间优势;对线控转向技术未来研究方向和发展进行了展望,提出线控转向 技术发展应趋向路感个性化、安全可靠、精准控制等特点。

Abstract:  In steering-by-wire (SBW), as the key execution system of the steer-by-wire chassis, the mechanical connection is replaced by electrical signal which can directly convey the steering operation. The control mode is more flexible, and the modular structure can be realized, which improves the coupling and control freedom between the steering system and other subsystems of the chassis. The two key technologies of steer-by-wire system (road feeling simulation technology and variable transmission ratio technology) and control parameter estimation method are comprehensively expounded. The research results of feedback torque control and return torque control involved in road feeling simulation technology are compared and analyzed. It is pointed out that the decoupling of force transfer characteristics and angular transfer characteristics will cause poor driving experience. The commonly used variable angle transmission ratio design methods are mainly the variable angle transmission ratio with constant yaw rate and the variable angle transmission ratio with the change of vehicle speed (angle). The shortcomings of the single design method are pointed out, and the advantages of the angle transmission characteristic interval satisfying different driver preferences are also clarified. The future research direction and development of steer-by-wire technology are prospected. It is proposed that the development of steer-by-wire technology should tend to be personalized, safe and reliable, and precise control.
