1. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission and review system. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals is forbidden. Authors must ensure that detailed and accurate contact information is provided within the submission system.
2. Manuscripts should demonstrate innovation, academic significance, scientific validity, accuracy, standardization, and readability. (The journal uses the plagiarism detection system of China National Knowledge Infrastructure to screen all manuscripts; the plagiarism rate should be below 10%).
The author must be highly responsible for the manuscript and check it word by word before submission to ensure that there are no fundamental errors, such as errors in terms of data calculation, formula writing, English title and abstract translation. The journal will organize experts to conduct random inspection on manuscripts every year. If there are serious problems with manuscripts, the main authors will be put on the blacklist of the journal and publicized on the official website. Simultaneously, the editorial office will inform the corresponding author or the instructor of the quality assessment of the manuscripts by email and will not accept your manuscripts thereafter.
3. The recommended word count for each manuscript is approximately 6000 words, not exceeding 15,000 words (as the CNKI plagiarism detection system may not function properly beyond this limit).
4. The editorial team will follow standardized review procedures, engaging internal and external peer reviewers to provide an objective evaluation. Manuscript acceptance/rejection decisions will be made fairly based on review feedback. In order to expedite the review process, authors are required to provide an interpretation of innovation points before submission (refer to the provided writing template).
5. The journal implements the CNKI’s AMLC system for detecting academic misconduct. Manuscripts identified with severe academic misconduct will be rejected.
6. The journal is indexed in databases such as the China Academic Journals (CD Edition), Wanfang Data Resource System Digital Journal Group, and Ministry of Education Science and Technology Paper Online. Authors who disagree with post-publication reproduction should declare this during submission.
7. Upon acceptance, authors voluntarily transfer compilation, translation, reproduction, electronic and print distribution, and online dissemination rights of the manuscript to the editorial office.
8. Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc format and all formulas must be editable in Word 2003 by using formula editors. Authors are encouraged to create a new document in Word 2003 .doc format before inputting content and use MathType 3.0 for formula input.
9. During revision submission, the authors should provide precise information (name, affiliation, research interests, email address) of 5-10 peer experts in the related research field for more efficient promotion and dissemination of the manuscript. Authors can download the form from the official website and submit it as an attachment through the submission system.
10. To align with the management requirements of national journal quality and prevent academic misconduct risks, authors are advised to conduct plagiarism checks on the official website before submission. Currently, Wanfang Company provides detection services for individual users. Due to use of external channels may lead to leaks of manuscripts, authors can use the Wanfang detection system for screening. The link: http://planners.wanfangtech.net.
We welcome the active participation of authors and look forward to receiving your submissions.
