纯电动装载机自动变速箱换挡策略研究

Research on shift strategy of two-gear transmission of pure electric loader

摘要: 针对纯电动装载机传动系统,取消了传统柴油动力装载机的液力变矩器,采用电液 换挡系统控制两挡离合器工作。基于电机控制器返回的转速、转矩信息及变速箱输出轴转速信 息制定换挡策略,由整车控制器切换电机控制模式,控制挡位执行机构电磁阀动作,实现纯电动 装载机挡位的平滑切换。基于 Simulink搭建纯电动装载机换挡控制算法模型,使用 Simulink自 动代码生成技术生成可应用于整车控制器的程序并进行试验,结果表明,所提出控制策略能明 显缩短换挡时间并提升换挡平顺性,换挡时间可达到 0.66s,由一挡切换至二挡时,车速波动值 为 1.4km/h。

Abstract: Aiming at the transmission system of pure electric loader, the hydraulic torque converter of traditional diesel power loader is cancelled, and the electro-hydraulic shift system is adopted to control the work of two-gear clutch. Based on the speed and torque information returned by the motor controller and the speed information of the transmission output shaft, the shift strategy is formulated. The motor control mode is switched by the vehicle controller, and the electromagnetic valve action of the gear actuator is controlled, so as to realize the smooth shift of the gear of the pure electric loader. Based on Simulink, the shift control algorithm model of pure electric loader was built, and the program that can be applied to the vehicle controller was generated by Simulink automatic code generation technology. The test results show that the proposed control strategy can significantly shorten the shift time and improve the shift comfort, and the shift time can reach 0.66s. When changing from first gear to second gear, the fluctuation value of the vehicle speed is 1.4 km/h.
